You have the right to return (part of) your order within 14 days of receipt.

The items must be unworn and unwashed, and all original tags must be attached. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be processed.

To return an item, please use the return portal. You can find our return portal here. 

Mattimo Garments does not provide return labels and will not reimburse any return shipping costs.

Please retain your shipping receipt and track & trace information. We do not provide a receipt when your return arrives at our warehouse.

Upon receipt, it may take up to 10 business days for your return to be verified and processed for a refund. You will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated.

Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

During holidays and sale periods, the processing and shipping of returns may be delayed due to increased activity at our warehouse and delivery services.

Mattimo Garments is not responsible for returns that do not arrive at our warehouse.
